All purchases are shipped via UPS. Our transit times range from 2-11 business days depending on the item(s) ordered, your location, the time the order was placed, and the manufacturer of the item(s). In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email or phone.
Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. See below for details on items sent directly from our suppliers and items shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Note on P.O. Box deliveries: Items can be shipped to a P.O. Box. However, we regret that rush orders, extra large items and those shipped directly from our vendors cannot be sent to a P.O. Box. Items shipped to a P.O. Box will be sent via U.S. Postal Service and delivery may take longer.

We require a signature for all deliveries. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address. You are also responsible for all shipping costs to and from Preshbaby.com for exchanges and/or edited orders.
Refund and Exchange Policies
Preshbaby.com wants our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. In the event that you are not happy with your purchase and like to return or exchange, please return the unused item in its original box or packaging, including all owners manuals, warranty registration cards, accessories and in unused condition, within 14 days of receipt and we will honor you an online store credit, less shipping costs. With all returns, shipping/handling is to be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable. We will not accept returns under any circumstances after 14 days. Any warranty issues after 14 days will be handled directly with the manufacturer.
If you would like to return something, please email us at customerservice@preshbaby.com to receive the Return Authorization Number for your product. No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number. When contacting us, please include your name, address, telephone number, order number, and e-mail address.
