Refund Policy

We honor a 14 day money back policy. If for any reason you, the customer, are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for the full purchase price under the following conditions. All exchanges must be in the original box or packaging, including all owners manuals, warranty registration cards, accessories and in unused condition.  With all returns shipping/handling is to be paid by you, the customer, and is nonrefundable.  For packages that are returned in a used condition you will be accessed a 10% restocking fee will by applied upon inspection of the returned item. We will not accept returns under any circumstances after 14 days. Any warranty issues after 14 days will be handled directly with the manufacturer.
